Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tbsp of ginger paste
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
2-3 dry and broken red chilli
1 tbsp of chilli sauce
1 cup chicken stock
3 tbsp of tomato ketchup
Mixture of 3 tbsp of cornflour and quarter of cup water
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tbsp of sherry
1 tsp each of salt

1 tsp of sugar

1 tsp of ajinomoto
